This feature is for checking your potential Heart Disease or Stroke. You can check via Questionnaire for your previous health data. But for current data, you can check via Cexme - Health Smartwatch. Just Fill in your sleeping time, and wear the smartwatch for 7x24 hours, then you can get the analysis.
To maintain your health and to avoid sudden heart attack during sport activity, please use your sport monitoring to control your heart rate. There are 2 lines, green & red. You are on sport mode when you reach green line. But, for safety, please take a rest if you pass the red line.
